Terms & Conditions
By booking onto one of our courses, you agree to our terms and conditions.
1. **Course Cancellation**:
- If a course is cancelled for any reason, we will endeavour to reschedule the course to a later date.
If rescheduling is not possible, we will refund the full cost of the course.
2. **Candidate Cancellations**:
- **More than four weeks before the course**: fees will be refunded in full.
- **Between two and four weeks before the course**: candidate will be entitled to a 75% refund.
If the vacated spot can be filled, fees will be refunded in full.
- **Less than two weeks before the course**: candidate will not be entitled to a refund or a transfer to an alternative date.
If the vacated place can be filled, fees will be refunded in full.
3. **Requests to Transfer**:
- Requests to transfer to a future course must be made in writing (email) and may not be possible if the vacated place cannot be filled.
4. **Photography, Audio, and Video Recording**:
- Please be aware that photography, audio, and video recording may occur during our courses.
- Your attendance constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or recorded, and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of all recorded media of your appearance and voice, for any purpose in connection with EM SKILLS ACADEMY Courses and its initiatives, including use on websites, social media, news, and advertising.
- All photography, filming, and recording will be done with reliance on this consent and will not be misused in any way. If you do not agree to be filmed or photographed, please inform us in advance.
